Replacement of water pipes Brades Road/Station Road. Work starts 5 January 2026 for 15 weeks.

Severn Trent will be replacing 1500m of old water pipes in Brades Road and Station Road starting on 5 January 2026. Work is expected to take 15 weeks. Limited road closures affecting Station Road, Brades Road and Lighteach Road will be necessary. Access to homes in affected areas will be maintained. Affected addresses will be contacted directly by Severn Trent.
Severn Trent are holding a public meeting at Prees Village Hall on Monday 8 December 2025 3-6 pm to explain the work and answer any questions. All interested persons are welcome to attend.
Extension to consultation period 25/04050/PAAFC New Farm, Fauls.

The SC planning officer dealing with planning application 25/04050/PAAFC which proposes change of use of two buildings from agricultural to storage at New Farm, Fauls, has extended the consultation period in which comments can be submitted. It now ends on 5 December 2025. This gives 21 days from when the additional documents were made available.
